I'm having trouble signing into my Patron Account.
Your Library Card has a 14 digit number, be sure you are entering it correctly without spaces. This number can be found on the back of your Library Card under the barcode. Your Library Card must be current in order to access your Patron Account.
I don't know my password. How do I find it?
When you signed up for your Library Card, the password was defaulted to the last four digits of the phone number you listed on the form. The option to change your password is available, but it is the patron's responsibility to remember the new password, as the library will have no record of the new password. If you call the library we can set it back to the default last four digits of your phone number.
"Block" on my account.
The most common reason for a "blocked" account is the need for an "Address Check". The library database prompts us to confirm the Patron's current address every three years. If you have a "block" on your account, please contact the library and a staff member will help resolve the issue.
Another reason your Library Card may be "blocked" is if there is an unpaid fine of $10.00 or more on your card or an associated card. If a child has a Library Card, it will be associated with his or her parent's Library Card. That being said, if there are unpaid fines of $10.00 or more on a child's Library Card, the block will be placed on the parent's account.

How do I get another Library Card if I lost mine?
There is a $1.00 fee to replace a lost Library Card. However, presenting your driver's license to the staff at the circulation desk will allow you to check out Library materials.
